A bright green structure in the east of the nation’s capital, Berlin, has a signalling effect: here the aspiring community of Marzahn-Hellersdorf surprises interested business partners with a variety of events. Those who wish to participate will find a first contact point for informal exchange. With an appeal that extends far beyond Berlin, the location features corporate architecture that is precisely tailored to future-oriented, sustainability-oriented clients.
The CBP Pavilion is located at the entrance to the newly-developed CleanTech Business Park. Here the district council has provided adequate offices, conference rooms and areas for interactive and multimedia exhibitions for global players and start-ups. The eye-catching construction comprises a steel framework with powder-coated green steel panels on the façade and white trapezoidal plates in the interior. The recyclable steel construction can also be dismantled and re-erected at another location. Equipped with all infrastructure, the cool location is ideal for conferences on urban development or Berlin industrial politics, as well as for lecture programmes on the topic of CleanTech.
