The carefully sculptured high-rise with maximum façade transparency provides space for exclusive corporate representation, hotel accommodation and restaurants in a desirable Brooklyn location.
HGN Living in Brooklyn
The boutique style hotel construction in New York’s Brooklyn district offers maximum façade transparency. The over 50-metres high HGN Living affords spectacular views of Brooklyn Bridge and the East River as well as a direct view of downtown Manhattan.
At a prominent location, the popular Navy Yard Brooklyn – a former shipyard – the sculpted high-rise offers its users terraces and flat roof areas with a sky garden, as well as underground and multi-storey car parking. The representative office of an international market leader for orthopaedic technology, with a healthcare centre and showrooms, is located on the lower floors of the house. The upper floors accommodate retail space as well as a café and restaurant. Hotel rooms for almost 100 guests are also located here. The striking loggias, that are sharply carved from the building, giving it a distinctive shape, serve employees and visitors as semi-private communication areas.
